Individual Telehealth Therapy for Adults
Meeting via a secure videoconference platform allows us to work on your goals from the comfort of your own home. Empirical evidence shows that telehealth can be as effective as in-person therapy, with the added benefit of convenience and improved access to care. You must be a resident of California with access to internet and a computer/smart phone/tablet.
To help you achieve lasting improvements in your quality of life, we will combine non-judgmental insight to understand both surface concerns and their root causes with deliberate actions to address them. When you choose to begin therapy with me, we make a mutual commitment to:
Show up. Therapy is most successful when we meet consistently.
Speak up. Clear and honest communication about what is working and not working is essential in a successful therapeutic relationship.
Roll up our sleeves. Therapy is work both during and between sessions, and will be most effective when we take our skills out of sessions into real-life practice.
